This week’s class will take us through a simple flow sequence, with a focus on a few foundational poses (downward dog, cobra and warrior 2). As always we will focus on connecting our breath to our movements and listening to the inner sensations in our bodies. Towards the end of the class we dedicate a bit more time to relaxation by holding gentle poses for several minutes. There will also be some calming music from Can 🙂
