Dear all 🌞

We will have a yoga class on Tuesday 27 February, 19:00 at Nieuwe Sint Jansstraat 35. During this class, I will guide you through a sequence of empowering abdominal and glute exercises aimed at fostering a resilient core and promoting holistic strength. Towards the end of the class, I will offer a 15min guided meditation session crafted to enhance your self-awareness and cultivate empathy.

Yoga class Tuesday 20th Feb, 19:00, Nieuwe Sint Janstraat 35

Hello yogi friends πŸ™ our class this week is on Tuesday 20th Feb, at 19:00 at Nieuwe Sint Janstraat 35. We will continue our hip work. Last week focused on flexibility and mobility, this week we will practice finding strength and balance in the hips, building towards Ardha Chandrasana (half moon pose). The class is suitable for all levels, and is donation based. Please bring your mat, and a yoga block if you have one. Afterwards we can stay for a tea 🍡 see you then πŸ€ Saoirse

Yoga class Tues 13th Feb 19:00 Nieuwe Sint Janstraat 35

Hi friends! This week on Tues 13th February, starting 19:00 (arrive a few minutes early please) at Niewe Sint Janstraat 35, our class will focus on hips. We will practice some hip mobility exercises, and some nice asana for opening and strengthening the hips. As always, the focus will be on learning to breathe into movements and connect more deeply with our bodies. This class is suitable for all levels, and donation based. If you have a block, please bring it (we will also have some extra at the class), but it is also possible to participate fully without one.

Yoga class Tuesday 6 February, 19:00 @ Nieuwe Sint Jansstraat 35

Dear all 🌞

We will have a yoga class on Tuesday 6 February, 19:00 at Nieuwe Sint Jansstraat 35. In this class, we will focus on opening up our hips and stretching our hamstrings, which is highly beneficial for bikers. We will perform several variations of downward facing dog with the support of the wall to examine what fits best for each one of you. To spice it up, we will try to perform the crow pose (kakasana).

Yoga class Monday 29th Jan 19:00 Nieuwe Sint Janstraat 35

Happy weekend yogis!

This is an early announcement that this weeks class will take place on *MONDAY* 29th January (instead of Tuesday), at the usual time 19:00.

In this class we will get in touch with our deep core. This mean focusing on the connection between our upper and lower bodies, building some strength in our abdominal, low back and hip flexor muscles, and also finding softness again in our center towards the end of class. This class is suitable for all levels, and donation based. If you have a block, please bring it (we will also have some extra at the class), but it is also possible to participate fully without one.

It’s wonderful to see this community growing each week, and we (the teachers) appreciate your presence and support!
