We will have a yoga class on Tuesday 27 February, 19:00 at Nieuwe Sint Jansstraat 35. During this class, I will guide you through a sequence of empowering abdominal and glute exercises aimed at fostering a resilient core and promoting holistic strength. Towards the end of the class, I will offer a 15min guided meditation session crafted to enhance your self-awareness and cultivate empathy.

Info: The class is donation-based. We have come with a donation scheme so you may select the level of your contribution with ease.

We equally welcome all people in our classes and we wholeheartedly support those who do not have the means to join. If your budget is tight and you can’t donate anything, then please talk to us!
