Hello yogi friends 🙏 our class this week is on Tuesday 20th Feb, at 19:00 at Nieuwe Sint Janstraat 35. We will continue our hip work. Last week focused on flexibility and mobility, this week we will practice finding strength and balance in the hips, building towards Ardha Chandrasana (half moon pose). The class is suitable for all levels, and is donation based. Please bring your mat, and a yoga block if you have one. Afterwards we can stay for a tea 🍵 see you then 🍀 Saoirse
Hi friends! This week on Tues 13th February, starting 19:00 (arrive a few minutes early please) at Niewe Sint Janstraat 35, our class will focus on hips. We will practice some hip mobility exercises, and some nice asana for opening and strengthening the hips. As always, the focus will be on learning to breathe into movements and connect more deeply with our bodies. This class is suitable for all levels, and donation based. If you have a block, please bring it (we will also have some extra at the class), but it is also possible to participate fully without one.

This is an early announcement that this weeks class will take place on *MONDAY* 29th January (instead of Tuesday), at the usual time 19:00.
In this class we will get in touch with our deep core. This mean focusing on the connection between our upper and lower bodies, building some strength in our abdominal, low back and hip flexor muscles, and also finding softness again in our center towards the end of class. This class is suitable for all levels, and donation based. If you have a block, please bring it (we will also have some extra at the class), but it is also possible to participate fully without one.

Dear yoga community,
Join me this week for a nice class focusing on Hatha yoga foundations. We will do some pranayama, practice the traditional Hatha surya namaskar, and some simple asana for building strength and stability, before closing with relaxation.
Please bring your yoga mat, and maybe a blanket or cosy sweater for your comfort during savasana. If you can, please arrive a few minutes early, because the door will be closed after the class begins. This class donation based (see below), but there is no obligation, you are very welcome as you are!

Happy Sunday friends! ** change of schedule!** This coming week our class will be on MONDAY (tomorrow!), 19:00 at Nieuwe Sint Jansstraat 35 (the space is occupied on Tuesday for this week, hence the change of day). This class will be a very mellow, slow paced practice with longer holds and is aimed at releasing tension from the body to find deep relaxation. In this spirit, I invite you to wear your comfiest, coziest yoga clothes, warm socks, a blanket, pillows, or anything else that will make you feel comfortable. I will bring some nice soft music, and we can stay for a cup of tea together afterwards if you like. Looking forward to chilling with you! Saoirse
