Happy weekend yogis!
This is an early announcement that this weeks class will take place on *MONDAY* 29th January (instead of Tuesday), at the usual time 19:00.
In this class we will get in touch with our deep core. This mean focusing on the connection between our upper and lower bodies, building some strength in our abdominal, low back and hip flexor muscles, and also finding softness again in our center towards the end of class. This class is suitable for all levels, and donation based. If you have a block, please bring it (we will also have some extra at the class), but it is also possible to participate fully without one.
It’s wonderful to see this community growing each week, and we (the teachers) appreciate your presence and support!
