Dear yoguis 🌞
We will have a yoga class on Tuesday 21 November, 19:00 at Nieuwe Sint Jansstraat 35. In this class, we will focus on opening up our hips, stretching our hamstrings, and strengthening our core. We will perform several variations of downward facing dog with the support of the wall to examine what fits best for each one of you. To spice it up, we will try to perform the crow pose (kakasana) and side crow pose (parsva kakasana) with the support of the wall.
