We will have a yoga class on Tuesday 28 November, 19:00 at Nieuwe Sint Jansstraat 35. In this class, we will focus on opening up our hips, stretching our hamstrings, and strengthening our core. In this class, we will focus on opening up our hips and stretching our hamstrings, which is highly beneficial for bikers. Towards the end of the session, we will also attempt to perform sirsasana (headstand) with the support of the wall.
