Good morning dear yogis!
This Sunday, 27th November, from 15:30-17:00 o’clock I’ll be sharing a yoga workshop at Metaallaan 255.
We will do pranayama, asanas and Thai yogic stretches. It will be a mix of Iyengar and Ashtanga yoga.
The only prop besides your yoga mat that you need to bring is a blanket, that you can also role up as a bolster. A scarf is to thin, we will use it as support in some postures. If you get distracted easy a blindfold/scarf might come handy during pranayama.
For after the workshop I’ll bring some brownies and tea! If you have a thermo bottle that you could bring, your favourite tea and cup that would be amazing.
Please arrive 10 minutes before the class starts (15:20) so that at 15:30 we can all start quietly with our pranayama.
