Good morning yoga friends! This coming Sunday 12th May at 11:00-12:15 (arrive 10:50-10:55), Nieuwe Sint Janstraat 35, we welcome you to join us for a slow flow yoga class. ‘Slow flow’ is a format where we move through a sequence more (surprise) slowly! We spend more time in each asana and slowing down our breath to a meditative rhythm. Longer holds challenge our inner strength and deepen our knowledge of asana. This is a donation based class (with cash for or tikkie), but you are still very welcome if donation is not possible for you right now. This class is suitable for all levels.
