Hi friends! This week on Tues 13th February, starting 19:00 (arrive a few minutes early please) at Niewe Sint Janstraat 35, our class will focus on hips. We will practice some hip mobility exercises, and some nice asana for opening and strengthening the hips. As always, the focus will be on learning to breathe into movements and connect more deeply with our bodies. This class is suitable for all levels, and donation based. If you have a block, please bring it (we will also have some extra at the class), but it is also possible to participate fully without one.
