Dearest Yogis,
This week we will move through a nice easy-going class with a focus on opening our hips! The hips are the foundation of so many movements, and are also a place where we can hold a lot of tension without even realizing. So this week we will create a little more space in the hips and (hopefully) a little more peace in our minds and bodies! No props needed for this class, just your mat (if you have one).
