Dear all 🌞

We will have a yoga class on Tuesday 12 March, 19:00 at Nieuwe Sint Jansstraat 35. In this session, we will concentrate on exercises to strengthen and release tension in the lower back, including various wall-supported exercises and asanas.
This yoga class welcomes participants of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Whether you are just starting your yoga journey or have a seasoned practice, you will find the class inclusive and suitable for your experience level. To join the class, make sure to bring a yoga mat and wear clothing that allows free movement. Towards the end of the class, I will offer a 15min guided meditation session crafted to enhance your self-awareness and cultivate empathy.
