Dear yoguis 🌞
I’ve been receiving numerous inquiries from many of you about resuming our yoga sessions in the park, and I’m happy to invite you to a yoga class at Stadspark this Sunday!
Let’s gather at 12:00 at Stadspark, specifically at the glade where the weekly parkrun starts (location). Remember to bring your yoga mat or a comfortable rug if you prefer not to practice directly on the grass. I will guide us through a relaxing sequence and we may try several balance poses!

PS1: Better do not eat anything 2-3 hours before the yoga class. An empty stomach will make your practice easier. If this is not possible, eat something light before the yoga class.
PS2: Bring your favourite drink and something to eat and share with others after the class. Lets enjoy the beautiful weather and nature around us after the yoga class <3
