Hoi dear yogis!
A super hot and sunny weekend is ahead and we are not going to miss this opportunity for a morning class in the nature! We will meet on Sunday (14 August) at 10:00 at Stadspark, at the glade where we had our class last Sunday (it is where parkrun is also organised; https://g.page/stadspark_parkrun?share). Bring with you a yoga mat or rug if you do not want to practice on the grass. I will guide us through a slow sequence for strengthening our glutes and loosening our hamstrings! Hope to see many of you on Sunday!
PS1: Better do not eat a full breakfast before the class. If possible eat something light (e.g. a fruit) and drink water.
PS2: After the class we will have brunch at the site and everyone is welcome to join us. So, if you like, bring your healthy and tasty food to share with other yogis!
PS3: I will bring my camera and after the class I will invite people for a yoga photoshooting. We need some good photos for our newly developed website!
